Responsibilities
- Support and maintain organization’s computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
- Perform end user supports.
- Install and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Generating MIS reports
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
Job Specification
- 1 - 2 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
- Those who have strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, desktop applications, and IT hardware but without the working experiences are welcome to apply.
- Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting to resolve end users’ issues.
- Ask questions to pinpoint problem.
- Setup workstations for new employees.
- New user account creation.
- Setup and provide support for Microsoft Outlook on Users’ workstations.
- Assist in IT report generation.
- Purchase of IT equipment, including getting the quotations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory documents.
