1) need more than 5 years of experience in Online & Retail businesses
2) Have experience to manage a company for more than 10 years
3) Have the necessary businesses networks in China
4) Have good management skills and ability to work with all levels of employees in the company
5) Able to bring in new products to the company's existing product line for the online businesses
6) should have track record to prove that they are able to grow the company 's revenue annually for the last few years in their previous company.
