Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome arriving and departing guests with a smile.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Enroll guests into hotel rewards program.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel and the local community.
- Address and resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in hospitality or related
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 5 days work week
- Location: Orchard
