We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Network Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to manage and configure secure internet access for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Zscaler solutions, ensuring compliance with internet access policies, and providing ongoing support to optimize network security and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions across the enterprise.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Zscaler configurations to ensure seamless and secure internet access.
- Integrate Zscaler with existing network security solutions and corporate IT infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and enforce internet access policies that align with security best practices.
- Configure URL filtering, SSL inspection, and access control settings using Zscaler tools.
- Monitor network traffic to identify potential security risks and optimize access policies.
- Ensure that Zscaler configurations and access policies adhere to industry compliance standards and internal security policies.
- Perform regular security audits and assessments to maintain a secure network environment.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for internet access-related issues, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex security issues and network performance concerns.
- Monitor system performance, usage, and security metrics to proactively optimize Zscaler configurations.
- Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve the efficiency and security of the network.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in deploying and managing Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA).
- Strong understanding of internet access policies, firewall configurations, and network security protocols.
- Hands-on experience with secure web gateways, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud security platforms and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network security issues.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Professional, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
