We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance Team.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assess and manage financial and operational risks, implementing internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and oversee the creation of financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage banking relationships and optimize cash management strategies

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and optimize liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Work closely with team member to gather and consolidate budget inputs.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Financial Controls & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and regulatory filings.

Strategic Financial Management

  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cost reduction, profit optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess and manage financial risks facing the company, including foreign exchange and interest rate risks.
  • Evaluate potential funding sources and capital structure options to support the company's growth initiatives.

Leadership Management

  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Assign and review tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a finance team.
