We are currently seeking a talented and driven SEO specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things SEO and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates.
The SEO specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes both on-page and off-page optimization. The role requires a strong understanding of Google's search algorithm and ranking factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that includes both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for optimization.
- Optimize website content and meta tags for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search rankings to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure the website stays optimized.
- Collaborate with other teams such as content, design and development to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and analyze reports to measure the success of SEO efforts.
- Ensure that the website is easily navigable and user-friendly.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Knowledge of link-building techniques and experience with outreach and link acquisition.
- Experience with paid search (PPC) and how it can complement SEO efforts is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with website development and CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Google's search algorithm and ranking factors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Any certifications related to SEO is a plus.
- Comfortable to liaise in Mandarin with stakeholders stationed in China
