Roles and Responsibilities
· Assess and analyze RFP documents to provide Directors a clear indication of project requirements;
· Assists Project Directors in project resource planning and project data entry in the centralized system;
· Assist the Directors in Business Development work;
· Formulation of fee proposals and any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
· At least a recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent;
· 1 to 3 years of relevant of working experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts;
· MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management;
· Strong in verbal and written communication skills;
