Job Description:
- Arrange for interviews with shortlisted candidates as well as liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Assist in the collection and verification of candidates' documents and certificates.
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates.
- Prepare employment contract and make offer to selected non-exempt candidates.
- Update and maintain personnel files and records in HRIS systems.
- Provide administrative support for onboarding such as staff ID cards, name tags, co-ordinate orientation programme and logistics and deploy new staff to respective departments.
- Ensure timely processing of license renewal, application and payment
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Candidates with Healthcare background advantageous
