Responsibility
- Provides administrative support for team by performing tasks related to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Handles all incoming enquiries within the assigned area of responsibility and responds to relevant department needs effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all emails/enquiries/requests are cleared on-day and no back log should be carry forward at any time
- Ensuring accuracy and submission of reports and statistics
- To assist and ensure all product (hotels / activities) are loaded into system prior to products release
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and project as and when necessary.
Requirement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- Entitle to 6 off days per month
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays (On rostering)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail are important.
- Candidate with tourism background is preferred
- Possess good working attitude and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Have good organizational skill with an ability to work well under pressure
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight timeline
