Position: Managing Director

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identity trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Formulate pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness
- Optimize manufacturing processes through lean practices and technological advancements
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products
- Ensure compliance with international and regional regulations governing chemical manufacturing and safety
- Utilize key performance indicators to monitor financial health and operational efficiency
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence
Position Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computational Finance, International Trading, Chemical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing and distribution industry, or experienced in streamline processes
- Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional communication and team management skills, provide proven track record in independently forming teams, developing operational policies, and leading operations teams to successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Exhibits keen market sensitivity and strong analytical skills, capable of developing innovative targeted marketing plans tailored to current market conditions
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, facilitating seamless communication with overseas stakeholders and client
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and resources.
- The role demands relocation and frequent international travels, underscoring the necessity for mobility and flexibility
