Work you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HR administration tasks which include maintaining and updating employee records in HR databases, preparing employment contracts and letters, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Oversee the administration of foreign workers’ work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation preparation and employee exit management.
- Support benefits administration, including employee inquiries, insurance enrollment and claim processes.
- Identify areas for improvement within HR processes and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external HR audits by maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulation.
- Analyze and prepare HR reports to provide insights into employee metrics, recruitment effectiveness, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
