Job Description & Requirements
- Review of M&E system design with a view of future maintenance needs
- Managing and participating in testing and commissioning of building M&E system
- Management of facilities handover (including associated trainings, communications and related defects issues) to maintenance contractors and end users
- Managing and monitoring of project schedule, preparing and submission of claims, managing claims schedule, processes and procedures
- Leading outsource facilities management team in day-to-day M&E activities (including vendor management, reviewing and recommending preventive / corrective maintenance, planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance works and future upgrading works which may be required)
- Developing, implementing, reviewing and maintaining maintenance / emergency process, standard operating procedure, etc.
- Monitoring cost and expenditure of repair and maintenance works
- Any other duties as assigned
