Job Title: Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Taiseng
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day (8 am-5 pm, 8.30 am-5.30 pm or 9 am-6 pm)
Basic:$3500 (Depends on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager (Marketing) to create and implement comprehensive 360º marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Lead the execution of successful marketing campaigns, from ideation through implementation, to effectively grow our customer base.
- Develop and manage marketing activities, including content creation, copywriting, public relations, event management, and performance analysis.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand visibility and opportunities.
- Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for future optimization and strategic adjustments.
- Create valuable and compelling content for social media and marketing materials to engage our audience effectively.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the brand’s website to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Act as the Brand Guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform marketing efforts and refine advertising strategies.
- Proactively seek out media opportunities and new business prospects, fostering collaborations with potential leads.
- Organise and/or participate in events to enhance brand presence and engage with our community.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant marketing role, preferably within the Healthcare or Retail industry.
- Familiarity with HTML and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, SEO, SEM, and digital content creation/design is a plus.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and experience in performance measurement.
