Responsibilities:
- Perform damage assessment of accident vehicles
- Carry out survey of accident vehicle at workshop and quality control
- Prepare damage assessment report, survey report and QC report
- Attend enquiries from customers, insurers and workshops
- Follow up on case for closure and closing case for billing
- Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC2/NITEC in Automotive Technology/Engineering
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Fresh graduates/mid-career individuals who have a keen interest may also apply
