Responsibilities:
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered and directed to respective employees promptly and politely.
- Welcome all company’s visitors and assist them in locating the employees that they want to meet.
- Courier services are properly coordinated.
- Distribution of incoming faxes and mail. Ensure faxes and mails are being distributed according to the distribution list.
- Recording and maintenance of records for incoming and outgoing mails.
- Responsible for office pantry, stationery ordering and maintenance, maintenance of general cleanliness of the office premises, surveying state of office equipment and furniture and liaising with repairmen etc
- Liaising with IT personnel on office computers and server maintenance
- Arranging for office events such as birthday parties, fun runs, charity events etc
- Complete all assignments as assigned by the General Manager.
- Complete other duties assigned by the Senior Administrator.
Requirements:
- At least "N" / "O" Level or Certificate in Business Administration
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Possess good communication and administrative skills.
- Able to work independently & efficiently.
- Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Preferably able to commence immediately.
