Applicants must have:
- BA/MBA/PhD in Business-related disciplines
- Have at least 10 years of working experience in the field
- Is able to show proven track record of enrolment, operations management and business development
- Is a matured, empathetic, consistent, decisive and independent leader
- Understands the dynamics of the early education landscape and shows a strong ability to navigate challenges
- Required to share a proposal for a 5-year and 10-year plan for the business during the interview, including actual strategies and achieveables
