Description
Attend to customers’ enquiries through phone call, email, social media platforms.
Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Assist customers with after-sales service issues e.g. Handle sales orders and exchanges/returns by collaborating with other departments, manage customer's complaints and initialise service recovery.
Assist customers' on custom order.
Provide customer service insights to the Ksisters' team e.g. Customer's suggestions/feedback, product restock.
Liaise with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
Liaise with our stockist or partners on product delivery etc.
Support the execution of events (e.g. VIP event, Popup, Flagship Store event etc)
Handle any other ad hoc duties as designated
Requirements
- Job requirementsMinimum of 1 year experience in customer service for an e-commerce business, preferably in beauty.
- Knowledge in maintaining online platforms and social media.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising campaign.
- Good Microsoft Office applications skills and the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Must be a service-oriented person with good Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Proactive personality and self-motivator.
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment.
- Willing to work in an open office environment.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and also be a team player with problem solving skills.
