Job Responsibilities:
- Perform ICP-OES analysis and other lab activities to support the manufacturing of our product.
- Organize and maintain lab document and records, proper housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain optimum inventory level for pure metals, master alloys and lab supplies through proper planning and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot and solve the daily analysis related issues. Review analysis report periodically for abnormalities.
- Update statistical data and monitor SPC trend.
- Enforce and ensure compliances to 7S requirements and ICP lab procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain proper backup and functioning of various databases in the lab.
- Plan daily activities to improve the lab workflow and efficiency.
- Ad hoc project and tasks that may arise and allocated by immediate supervisor. Support operations like CAR/Work Cell/SWR activities.
Job Requirement:
- NiTEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related studies
- At least 2 years of laboratory experience
- Experience in ICP-OES, IC, XRF, UV-Vis, titrator is advantageous.
- Laboratory environment with PPE and jumpsuit are required.
