We are looking for an organized individual who is able to handle all things administrative and coordinate between our clients, underwriters, and sales representatives. AKGI PTE. Position:
Part-Time Admin Executive, Permanent Position, WFH.
Pay: $13/hr.
Location: Work from your own home after the first 2 - 3 months of training.
Training location: Sengkang Compassvale, Home Office (First 2 - 3 months).
Days:
5-day work week - Monday to Friday, excluding PH.
Time:
2 pm to 5 pm.
Job Scope:
- Prepare documents and coordinate with clients.
- Coordinate with our underwriters for quotations.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Good in record tracking and keeping.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
