Location : Upper Changi North
Position : Associate Psychologist (1pax) – PCRD/OPSYB
Working hours :
Mon – Thurs : 8:30am – 6:00pm
Fridays : 8:30am – 5:30pm
Contract period : Immediate - 12mths
Min Qualification : At least a basic degree in Psychology, salary ranges from $3,800 to $4,700 per month depending on relevant working experience.
Skills needed:
• MS office skills
• Ability to write fluently
APs in OPSYB are required to perform the following duties:
Clinical Support
• Conduct triaging for staff referral cases to ensure that cases are followed-up with promptly and assigned to OPSYB psychologists for intervention.
• Conduct basic mental health screening at first point of contact during triaging to determine risk level.
• Update of database and generate statistics to monitor referral volume and nature of cases.
Organisational Support
• Planning and administrative support in the coordination of wellness workshops, roadshows and events.
• Administrative support for wellness initiatives (e.g., #HereWithYou2; Destigmatisation campaign 2025; Rest@Wellness Space).
• Rebranding of CARE officers as CARE Champions which involves workshops and events.
Research and evaluation
• Conduct data collection and analysis for SPS mental health and wellness research in 2025
• Conduct psychometric data analysis for selection purposes.
