Job responsibilities:
- Planning logistic fleet operational for taxi & PHC hiring of vehicles, including retention of drivers.
- Generate Drivers and trip information for various operations department
- Provide support for operations maintenance of Driver’s Incentive and Rental Contract scheme
- Liaise with Land Transport Authority on Fleet operations data
- Liaise with Department of Statistic (Consumer Index) and Sustainability report with ComfortDelGro group
- Collate and managing Point to Pont (P2P) reporting.
- Improving process and manage data to provide analysis.
- Any adhoc duties assign in operations daily matters
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Able to create data visualization and dashboard
- Background in customer service is a plus
- Good writing and verbal skills
- Possess Data Analysis / exploration and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft skill
- IT Savvy
- Good Interpersonal skills
