Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the President/CEO
- Arrange, manage, coordinate and maintain President/CEO’s schedule including internal and external
- Keep track and remind President/CEO of his meeting schedule daily
- Handle correspondence and phone calls as first point of contact for President/CEO
- Coordinate media interview requests or queries as first point of contact for President/CEO
- Screen all phone calls, emails and assist President/CEO to respond
- Draft minutes of last meeting, agenda and documents for meetings
- Maintain private and confidential files for President/CEO
- Maintain and update President/CEO’s contact and email lists
- Arrange social events such as lunches or dinners with stakeholders as required
- Assist President/CEO on personal matters such as travel arrangements and claim submissions
- Assist, only when required, with SIAS activities/events administration
- Provide office administrative support and general administrative duties
- Any other duties as assigned by the President/CEO
- Minimum degree/diploma in any field, preferably communication
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in secretarial or PA support work
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Flexible, courteous, meticulous, self-driven, dedicated and a team player
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Good command of English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with mandarin speaking corporates
