- Systems Design & Architecture
- To design security system architecture, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and other security systems.
- To develop detailed plans, specifications, and schematics for security systems.
- To ensure the designs meet industry standards, clients’ requirements, and regulatory compliance.
2. Staging and Programming
- To perform staging and pre-program of security systems.
- To pre-configure hardware and software components, ensuring seamless integration before deploying the equipment on site.
- To conduct thorough pre-testing of all system components to ensure proper functionality before deploying the equipment on site.
- To assist in systems commissioning, including calibration and optimization. (Remote)
- To identify and troubleshoot any issue that arises during testing. (Remote)
- Network Device Setup
3. Technical Support
- To address and resolve technical issues.
- Back up, Restoration and maintenance of workstations
- VM ware installation and Virtual Machine Migration
- Setting VPN IP Sec
- Policy Set up
- IT device Hardeneing
4. Documentation and Compliance
- To maintain detailed and accurate documentation of system designs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- To ensure all systems comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- To prepare compliance reports and documentation for audits and inspections.
5. Client Interaction and Training
- To assist with system training sessions for clients or end-users on system operations and best practices.
- To prepare system training slides for internal and external training.
6. Research and Development
- To stay up to date on the latest advancements in security technology and industry trends.
- To research and evaluate new products and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- To develop and implement innovative security solutions to meet emerging threats and challenges.
7. Prepare Prove of Concept
- Prepare and conduct system testing for proposed solutions or contract requirements.
- To conduct Prove of Concept to client according to proposed solutions or contract requirements.
8. Quality Assurance
- To implement quality control procedures to ensure systems meet performance standards.
- To conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits of installation systems.
- To address any deficiencies and ensure continuous improvement of system quality.
- To adhere to safety and health procedures and rules documented in ISO45001.
9. Team Coordination
- To coordinate with Technical Team, IT and Service Team for the system readiness within Project timeline (Staging)
- To provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
