Job description


We are looking for experienced, responsible & reliable individual with POSITIVE ATTITUDE to join us as Event Coordinator, contributing in area of admin, sales & coordination.

You will be working closely with the director in providing admin supports and event coordination. You will also be given opportunity to serve and grow the number of events for existing clients and grow the number of clients, and be rewarded with commission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create events layout plan.
• Cost & Budget Management.
• Event Booking & Calendar management.
• Event confirmation & follow up.
• Manage vendors & mall management relationship, expectation & needs.
• Identify & invite vendor for events onboarding.
• Invoice & Payment Management.
• E-filling & uploading of document to cloud drive.
• Documents submission, permit & license application.
• Prepare & coordinate events logistics.
• Prepare marketing material for events.
• Social Media account maintenance.
• Prepare & send sales report.
• Prepare & record part-timer schedule.
• Other assigned duties.

Key Requirement:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event admin & coordination work.
• Diploma & above, may consider fresh graduate with good learning attitude & passion for events.
• Experience in communication & coordination with mall management, in area of event space booking.
• Willing to work late hours on events setup & pack-up nights, weekends & PH, in accordance to events schedule & needs.
• Able to write & converse in English and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Xero and Canva.
• Good administrative & coordination skill.
• Positive learning attitude with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.
• A team player who is efficient, resourceful and meticulous.
• Able to multi-task & work independently under a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.

Benefits:

Opportunity to work independently & work closely with director & executive as a team in growing the number of events, exposure to all aspects of events, liaison with all stakeholders; learn & grow skills, experience & values towards the role of event executive as key in-charged of events.

Remuneration:
• $2.5k - $2.8k + commission (about $50 - $150, around 4-6 monthly)
• Basic + Commission, year end performance bonus.
• Commission to be rewarded to event in-charged of profitable events.
• Worker's Insurance.
• Company phone & fees provided.
• Late hour transport claim.
• Remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience & contribution and be offered to suitable candidates.

Work hours, location & leave:
• Monday to Saturday
• Work at Tampines Industrial Part A, lightly on event sites and any other productive area.
• 7 days annual leave.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
