- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and manage a team of shop staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to optimize store profitability.

- Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and the central warehouse for timely replenishment.
