Job Responsibilities
1. Attends daily briefing
2. Performs the check-in and check-out process in a friendly and efficient manner
3. Performs cashiering duties
4. Prints back up reports on every shift
5. Responsible for the issuance of guest room keys
6. Performs blocking of rooms
7. Coordinates with Housekeeping team on room status
8. Responsible for updating of guest data and other information in the Opera PMS system
9. Upsells hotel room whenever possible
10. Handles guest complaints/feedback in the absence of the supervisor
11. Maintains Hotel’s set service standards
12. Practices Safe Measures Management to assist with prevention of any pandemic
13. Performs other tasks that as and when assigned by the Management
Education/ Work Experience / Work Details
1. GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level
2. At least 2 years in a similar position
3. Team player with a friendly and positive personality
4. Good knowledge on Opera PMS system
5. Good grooming standard
6. 5 day work week
7. Work on weekends, Public Holidays, day/night shift
