My client is looking for a senior compliance leader in their Singapore office.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee compliance matters for the group, including CDD/EDD, KYT, and AML/CFT.
- Develop and implement regional compliance policies in accordance with VARA regulations.
- Serve as the main liaison with regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the same domain and industry.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with global stakeholders from English and Chinese-speaking regions.
