Responsibilities
- Being in charge of end-to-end global recruitment
- Assist in managing talent search channels for efficient resource use.
- Take innitiatives for the improvement on recruitment policies, processes, and tools, ensuring effective implementation.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, visa management, and general administration.
- Provide HR advice to employees and managers.
- Support employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or above;
- 2yrs of similar experience required;
- Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholers.
