HR Admin (06 months contract)

Not your typical Human Resources department, our team loves having FUN (and lots of laughter!) at work. Your primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):


Perform HR administrative duties such as filling, data entry, consolidating of reports, dispatch of documents, processing of employees' claims etc

  • Arrange interviews with candidates
  • Prepare employment contracts and orientation kits for new joins
  • Assist with HR-related enquiries
  • Assist with internal engagement and events

You are required to use basic Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel functions frequently at work.


Start Date: Nov 2024 onwards


Flexible Work Arrangement:

- Work in office 4-5 times a week (flexible days from Mon to Fri)

- Office hrs

- 06 months Contract basis (able to extend contract)

- Able to commit at least 06 months


We will love to hear from you if you are outgoing, meticulous with strong coordination skills. No prior background in Human Resources required.
