- Responsible for design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.
- Create Bill of Quantities as per client's requirements and provide overall drafting and design work for all tender/project requirements based on customer’s information and specifications.
- Present space planning solutions and produce 2D drawings and 3D renderings design proposal for sales team.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on any sales proposals provided to clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Interior Design/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of doing Quantity and Material estimation for Commercial Interior Design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator.
