- Assist the Insurance Operations Manager with administrative responsibilities related to motor and general insurance.
- Liaise with insurance providers and internal/external customers regarding new and renewal quotations.
- Handle showroom insurance sales and manage renewals for the existing customer database.
- Supervise motor insurance sales operations.
- Facilitate the processing of insurance documents.
- Uphold ethical practices in all business dealings.
- Ensure the needs of both customers and the company are met.
- Undertake additional duties as required.
