Job Description:
- In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium
- Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate
- Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
- Deliver efficient and effective solutions on estate management
- Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
- Prepare and submit an annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
- Ensure all residents’ feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
- Supervise and manage a team of site staff
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of MCST experience
- Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
- Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
