Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include general functions of Retail Sales and Boutique Management in the jewellery industry. Key responsibilities:
- Showcasing and explaining diamond jewellery, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers need
- Answering customers questions about jewellery
- Assisting customers with purchase decisions
- Processing customer orders in system
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship
- Ensure high delivery of service standards and professionalism are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
- Housekeeping of store front to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
