Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the comprehensive process of diaphragm wall construction, from planning to completion.
- Supervise the creation, refinement, and endorsement of construction designs and technical specifications.
- Facilitate collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless project implementation.
- Uphold adherence to safety, health, environmental standards, and legal requirements throughout the project site.
- Track project milestones, assess risks, and implement strategic adjustments to stay on track with project timelines.
- Oversee the financial management of the project, encompassing budgeting, cost management, procurement, and resource distribution.
- Generate comprehensive, periodic reports detailing project status, including progress, financial health, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Navigate and resolve any issues, disputes, or technical hurdles that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders to offer updates, resolve queries, and guarantee stakeholder satisfaction.
- Guarantee the meticulous documentation and archiving of all project-related actions and authorizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
