Duration: 2 years
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Handle and reply to Retailers’ and Regulator’s enquiries accurately and timely
- Contribute and meet the KPI of both personal and team targets
- Conduct and support Retailers for Market Trial
- Work in close collaboration within team and internal departments for UAT and other tasks assigned
- Analyse situation and provide with the best appropriate solution
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Covers MIMO/GE Exception duties
Requirements:
- Entry Level are welcomed to apply
- Minimum Diploma from a local Polytechnic
- 1-2 years of processing experience will be preferred
- Knowledge in systems (e.g., SAP) will be preferred
- Possess initiative, confidence and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office applications
