Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create and execute marketing plans to drive business and increase revenue
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies
- Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes
- Prepare budgets and financial reports
- Develop and implement procedures and policies to maximize efficiency and productivity
Requirements
At least 3 years and above in the industry and with relevant experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion and high influential skill
Proven leadership skill and positive mind
Good learning attitude to excel in all areas
