- Plan, curate/organise relevant programmes and materials to strengthen employee well-being and build an engaged workforce.
- Liaise with internal or external stakeholders to coordinate the conduct of the programmes which includes venue booking/preparation, registration and logistics coordination.
- Ensure timely processing of payment to vendors for services rendered and proper accounting records of the transactions.
- Working with L&D Team to curate and organise learning programmes to equip supervisors on the know-hows on supporting their officers’ well-being.
- Provide administrative support for in-house learning programmes (orientation for new officers)
