JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Adhere to Company’s standards and service levels to increase sales and minimise costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labour costs
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- Lead Catering service business, providing leadership and alignment to corporate objectives
- Identify food and catering trends to ensure business competitiveness
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies
- Act as an advisor to management of food catering service trends and related matters
- Maintain profession restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Provide after-sales service and in particular to ensure all customers complaints are taken seriously
- Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business
- Support in managing and administering all facets of the kitchen’s operation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines when required
- Strong team player with the ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative working relationships
- Well-groomed, articulated and eloquent in speaking
- Preferably Bilingual in English and Tamil
- Comprehensive knowledge of both North and South Indian cuisines (Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian) and experience in high volume service operations is highly preferred
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Passionate in F & B Industry
