Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of content strategies for various financial products, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and message across platforms (web, mobile, email, etc.).
- Write and edit high-quality content for user interfaces, error messages, onboarding flows, help articles, FAQs, tooltips, and product descriptions.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to conduct user research, gather feedback on content, and conduct usability testing to refine copy for clarity and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all content adheres to industry regulations and legal requirements, particularly around financial disclosure, risk, and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
- With 2 - 4 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, at least 1 - 2 years in a senior role, preferably in the fintech or brokerage industry.
- Proven experience creating clear, concise, and user-focused content, particularly for complex platforms.
- Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision, as well as content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain content decisions to stakeholders.
