Our Singapore Service team is always on the lookout for talents and help you reach your best potential!


Role & Responsibilities

· Provide customer support for our Company’s products such as handling their enquiries with tact and courtesy.

· Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our Company products.

· Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.

· Proactive in informing customers of additional product and services we offer.

· Handle all essential resources, materials and equipments for effective and efficient delivery.


Key Competencies

· Good level of customer service experience.

· Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.


Qualification:

· NITEC/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer-related or equivalent discipline.

· Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.

· Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
