Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP EC Payroll for clients.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand client needs and map them to the EC Payroll system.
- Configure EC Payroll settings for various payroll elements, deductions, and contributions specific.
- Integrate EC Payroll with other HR and financial systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Train client personnel on the use of EC Payroll.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving payroll queries.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP EC Payroll functionalities and legislative changes in Singapore and China.
- Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as an SAP EC Payroll Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts and processes in Singapore
- Experience with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
