As member of the High Net Worth (HNW) Underwriting team, you will provide dedicated and prioritized customer service to our HNW segment’s key stakeholders and our HNW clients by ensuring delivery of key service objectives through efficient and effective management of the New Business application.
- Work closely with the HNW Underwriters and other business units to ensure that applications are processed accurately and that all service level agreements are met
- Perform consistent engagement with the relevant stakeholders through the end to end New Business journey for positive and seamless customer journey
- Follow through on all aspects of the journey through documented follow-up cycle.
- Provide updates to advisers and intermediaries of their client’s application status
- Communicate with medical service providers to ensure that the reports are delivered promptly
- Ad-hoc process improvement projects

Working Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Professional insurance qualification
