Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
- Update and maintain the Competency Framework, in alignment with SkillsFuture requirements
- Update and maintain employee learning and development records
- Update and maintain elearning system to monitor participation in learning programmes
- Assist to manage elearning framework and catalogue, including administration of user accounts and assignment of microlearning to respective learner groups
- Assist to document learning needs to support the identification of learning programmes
- Assist to source and prepare content for elearning modules
Office Administration
- Update and maintain HR related documents and forms
- Office administration, e.g. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels
- Meetings coordination and minutes taking
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of office administration and/or HR experience in learning & development
- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Work Location: Henderson Road
*Hybrid work arrangement available: to work remotely 2-3 days per week and report to office 2-3 days per week.
