1. Conduct toolbox meetings and include safe work procedures as one of the topic.
2. Attend safety meetings and conduct safety training.
3. Implement and control health and safety on work sites.
4. Conduct site inspection, ensure workers wearing PPE, workers follow risk assessment and safe work procedure.
5. Monitor and ensure that HSE tools/equipment are calibrated when it is due and update in HSE Monthly tools/equipment master list.
6. Maintain and keep proper site health and safety records.
7. Detect unsafe act/conditions and rectify hazards and unsafe practices at the site.
8. Prepare Risk Assessment together with the project team and conduct Risk Assessment briefing to all personnel related to the work activities.
9. Investigate and prepare report on all near miss incident and accidents.
10. Assist in the safety audit.
11. Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External).
12. Conducts safety induction training for all employee, especially new worker & sub-contractor.
13. Coordinate with all sub-contractor and worker and report to Management.
14. Establishment safety policies that will ensure the safety of worker with in a workplace organization.
15. Recommend Improvement on site safety matters.
16. Perform Evaluation safety policies, method and develop the program.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science Safety, Health And Environmental Management or Certificate in WSH Coordinators and risk management course with minimum 12 years of relevant working experience
2. Certificate in WSH Coordinator & Certificate in Supervisor Confined Space in Operation is a plus
3. Good knowledge of workplace health, safety and environment regulations is compulsory
4. Good interpersonal, analytical and high level of problem-solving skill
5. Able to work independently
6. Good oral and written communication skills Good Microsoft office knowledge and skills
7. Having Class 3 driving license is a plus
