Salary: Up to $3100 Per Month
Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist callers' inquiries regarding population health and health services
- Direct callers to appropriate channels based on their requests
- Manage the scheduling of appointments
- Conduct outbound calls to promote healthier population initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Have relevant working experience in call centres/customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work on weekends if required
