Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic IT Analyst with a strong understanding of digital transformation and work style innovation.
- Leverage IT expertise to design and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation
- Drive work style innovation initiatives, promoting efficiency and collaboration
- Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic business decisions
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
- Ensure all digital projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
- Support Financial documentation creation on investment and M&A activities (No need of financial experience and knowledge)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Analyst or a related field
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in Japanese language to communicate effectively with the head offices in Japan
- Experience in Business Development, Investment and M&A activities is a plus
- Strong knowledge in Digital Transformation and Work Style Innovation
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to make presentation and proposal on PPT
