Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Import/Export)
Location: Aljunied
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with experience in import/export processes and proficiency in Letters of Credit (LC) management. In this role, you will support our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales orders, documentation, and delivery schedules. This position requires excellent organizational skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of international trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the sales order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Oversee import/export documentation, including the preparation, review, and verification of Letters of Credit (LC) to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
- Track and update shipment schedules, monitor delivery status, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and documentation for seamless workflow within the sales department.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for maintaining records, generating reports, and other operational tasks as needed.
- Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a trade or logistics-related industry.
