ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the neutral party in investigating and documenting the root cause of customer complaints and disputes
- Support in process documentation
- Be the neutral party in reviewing the issue and solution of improvement areas raised by respective departments in Improvement Areas System
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments in improving and optimising processes
- Follow through and ensure effective implementation of changes to the improvement required in solving root cause identified
- Streamline process flows by identifying non-value adding activities to achieve business efficiency
- Be the subject matter expert for business systems (AX, company Cloud and etc.)
- Run business improvement and optimisation projects to resolve business constraints, pain points and gaps to drive business competitiveness
- Manage end-to-end change management process of business improvement and optimisation projects
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
- Supply Chain or Business Degree & above
- 0 - 2 years working experiences in ship chandelling, marine/shipping or grocery retail industry
- Ability to read and speak Chinese (Mainly due to close collaboration with Chinese speaking counterpart)
- Willing to learn new things from system and technological perspectives
- Have good interest in business process, process improvement and open for changes
- Good communication skills and team work
- Disciplined, Honest and Integrity
- High effective execution and strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and have goal-oriented approach to problem solving
