Responsibilities
1. To provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial services to clients including but not limited to incorporation of new companies, on-going corporate secretarial matters, resolutions drafting, preparation of AGM, EGM, Annual Return and XBRL reports, striking-off of companies, etc
2. Update and maintain statutory registers and records in accordance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and relevant laws and regulations
3. To perform transactions and filing with ACRA
4. To conduct KYC and due diligence during the onboarding of new clients and on-going monitoring
5. To assist in meeting with clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements and business solutions
6. Other ad-hoc duties
Requirement
1. Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice and Companies Act
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
3. CA / ACCA / CSIS / ICSA qualifications are highly preferred
4. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with business counterparts will be beneficial
