Responsibilities
- Travel to customers’ homes to install and troubleshoot smart lock products.
- Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation.
- Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications.
- Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintain and replenish equipment and spares for daily operation needs
- Upkeep of Company vehicle
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license
- Relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred.
- Willingness to fulfill urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
